No Child Left Behind The federal No Child Left Behind Act of 2001 requires that all states, school districts, and schools to provide annual report cards to parents and communities. Each report card contains data about state assessments, attendance and graduation rates, status of adequate yearly progress (AYP), and information about "highly qualified" teachers. The data for the report cards in the links below were generated from data that was collected during the 2009-10 and 2010-11 school years.
